One of the most energizing moments of the year happened at the Ice Cream Association’s 55th Annual Convention. With record-breaking attendance and enthusiasm, the event served as a powerful reminder of how connected and forward-moving the frozen and ice cream distribution community truly is.

For us, the biggest win wasn’t a feature launch or a product demo—it was the opportunity to reconnect with long-time customers, meet new faces, and hear first-hand how distribution operations are evolving. The conversations, insights, and relationships formed at this event will set the tone for the upcoming year.

Launching Mobile Inventory for Real-Time Field Operations

In 2025, we officially launched Mobile Inventory, a significant step forward for distributors needing real-time visibility in the field. This release was more than just a new feature. It demonstrated our ongoing commitment to supporting teams where the work actually happens: on routes, at customer locations, and in fast-paced environments.

Mobile Inventory enables teams to manage inventory more efficiently and respond to changes as they occur. It was among several releases this year, prompted directly by customer feedback requesting faster access to accurate data for their daily workflows.

Introducing Surveys in DSD Manager

Another key product milestone in 2025 was the launch of Surveys within DSD Manager. This new feature provides distributors with a straightforward, structured way to gather feedback, verify in-field activities, and collect insights directly from customers and route teams.

2025 also provided us with the chance to celebrate a significant customer success story with Glacier Point. As a larger organization, Glacier Point aimed to improve route efficiency on a bigger scale while strengthening its operational partnership with IntegraSys.
